FAQ

  • Can I choose which shows I want in my package? Subscription packages are pre-set and you can choose either the 7-show, 6-show package, or 5-show package.  We are confident that you’ll love our great line-up!
  • What is the difference between the 7-show package, 6-show package, and 5-show package? The 7-show package includes all shows in the season.  The 6-show package does NOT include Jersey Boys. The 5-show package does NOT include Jersey Boys or A Christmas Story.
  • Why is the Saturday matinee of A Christmas Story at 3:00pm instead of 2:00pm? A Christmas Story will have 3 performances on Saturday, November 30th at 11:00am, 3:00pm, and 8:00pm. Saturday matinee subscribers will attend at 3:00pm.
  • Do I get to pick my seats? Yes! All subscription orders are processed by date received, with renewing subscribers receiving priority seating.  Our specific timeline varies from year to year, but seat assignments will most likely be processed in July and August.  One of our Box Office Representatives will call you with the options that most closely match your seating preferences. At that time, you will be able to choose the seats you like best!
  • When are tickets mailed? Your season tickets will be mailed prior to the first performance.  It varies from year to year, but they will be mailed by the end of September.
  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, check made payable to Pioneer Center, or cash.
  • Can I split the payment on my order with a friend or family member? Of course!  The payment methods on your order must match (example: all credit cards, or all cash/check), but we can split the payment on your order at no additional cost.
  • When will my credit card be charged? Your card should be charged within 1-2 weeks of submitting your order form. The charge will come from the Pioneer Center.
  • What if I can’t make it to an assigned performance date? No problem!  As a Season Ticket Holder, you have the exclusive benefit of exchanging your tickets on a show-by-show basis. Exchanges must be done in person at the Box Office with valid ID and original tickets in hand.  Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance in the run of the same show. Please Note: Tickets cannot be exchanged to a different show. Any exchanges resulting in an upgrade must be paid with the same payment method used for the original order.
  • Am I able to purchase additional tickets before they go on sale to the general public? Yes!  Season Ticket Holders receive special early-access pre-sale codes for each show via email.  Generally, you will receive a one-week advance purchase/exchange period before shows go on sale to the public.
  • As a Season Subscriber, do I receive a discount on tickets? You do!  As a Season Subscriber, you receive the benefit of a 10% discount on additional ticket purchases for most Broadway shows. Be sure to use your Season Subscriber discount code when purchasing tickets over the phone or online.  If you are purchasing in person at the Box Office, the only thing you will need is your valid photo ID.
  • Can I authorize friends or family members to have access to my account?  Yes! Just write the name or names on the line “List Any Additional Authorized Users” on your renewal form. Authorized users will be able to make exchanges, purchase additional tickets at the subscriber rate, and have lost tickets reprinted.
  • What are the other benefits I receive as a Season Subscriber? In addition to the benefits outlined above, Season Subscribers also receive these great perks:
    • You will have the same seats for all shows in your package.
    • You will always hear first! Any exclusive news will be given to our Season Subscribers before it is released to the general public.
    • If your tickets are lost, we will re-print them for you at no additional cost.
    • Your same seats are guaranteed next season if you choose to renew your subscription.
    • You have priority access to seating if you would like to request different seats next season.
